1. Consent to Use of Images

By participating in our events, programs, or services, or by signing the consent form provided, you grant THE FAMILY CORNER, its representatives, employees, and authorized third parties, the right to capture, use, and publish photographs and video footage of you and/or your child(ren) for the purposes outlined below.

2. Purpose of Use

Images and video content may be used for the following purposes:
   •    Marketing and Promotional Materials (e.g., flyers, brochures)
   •    Social Media Posts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, X, LinkedIn,)
   •    Digital Advertising
   •    Awareness Campaigns
   •    Website and Online Content
   •    Event or Program Documentation and Promotion

3. Nature of Use

You agree that:
   •    The images may be edited, copied, modified, published, and distributed without compensation.
   •    The images may be used in both digital and print formats.
   •    The use may occur internationally and will not be time-limited unless revoked in writing.

4. Use of Children’s Images

Where children under the age of 18 are involved:
   •    Parental or legal guardian consent is required before any images are taken or used.
   •    Special care will be taken to avoid sharing sensitive personal information.
   •    Names or identifying details of minors will not be used without additional explicit written consent.

5. Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time by submitting a written request to:

Upon receipt, we will make reasonable efforts to cease future use of the images and remove them from our platforms where possible.

6. No Compensation

You acknowledge that the use of your or your child’s image is voluntary and that no compensation (monetary or otherwise) will be provided for the use of such images.

7. Ownership

All photographs and video content created by or for THE FAMILY CORNER will remain the property of THE FAMILY CORNER.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE FAMILY CORNER shall not be held liable for third-party misuse of publicly available images or for images shared before a request for removal has been processed.

9. Agreement

By signing our consent form, or by participating in photo/video sessions where signs indicating image capture are posted, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
